MMSEなどによるスクリーニングが行われていますが、これらは医師の勘に頼る部分が多く、患者の不安や医療現場の負担にもつながっています。短時間で客観的かつ再現性の高いアプリで認知機能を得点化できれば、スクリーニングの精度と効率が向上し、患者の理解も得やすくなります。
画面タッチで回答する簡単操作で約２分で、注意・集中・記憶などの認知機能を疲労、不安、あせり、安心などのコンディションに合わせて測定し認知機能スタイタスを数値化します。

Screening is currently performed using methods such as the MMSE, but these rely heavily on the doctor’s intuition, leading to patient anxiety and a burden on medical professionals. If cognitive function could be scored quickly, objectively, and with high reproducibility using an app, the accuracy and efficiency of screening would improve, and patients would be more likely to understand.
The simple touch-screen operation takes about two minutes to answer questions, measuring cognitive functions such as attention, concentration, and memory according to conditions such as fatigue, anxiety, impatience, and relief, and quantifying the cognitive function status.
